To the team at Martin’s Motorcycle Specialties, Jim, Eric and Tracy were great. This is the way a Business should run. I received outstanding service from the moment I first called them. I was looking for a new bike shop to take care of my ride. (Old shop might want to take notes from these guys). Jim was hands on taking the time to talk to me as well as thoroughly addressing all my concerns. I never felt rushed or hustled. They took great care of my bike and went the extra mile to assure everything was done correctly. As a President of the Chamber of Commerce, I visit and talk to a ton of Businesses, this is the way a Business should run. KUDOS to this shop! I never hesitate to refer this shop to anyone, in fact I already have. I will see you guys again.

"I own a 2001 Harley-Davidson Springer Softtail. In February 2010, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jim Martin, Owner of Martin's Motorcycle Specialties, his Administrative Assistant, Krystal, and his Mechanic, Adrian. During our initial conversation, I noticed their passion and knowledge for motorcycles, their willingness to help and their outstanding customer service. The maintenance they performed on my bike was thorough and quick and the price was much more reasonable than taking it to a HD dealership. It is with the mixed treads they display that sets them "above and beyond" their peers. I will continue to utilize their services, as well as pass on a good word to others. Safe journey on the open road."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Jim Martin and Martin Specialities. I have had my top end rebuilt on mt KTM 525, a Hot Cam installed in my Xr650L, not to mention numerous tire changes and " bling-bling" parts. He has also done scheduled maintenance on my wife's quad and my son's crf50. At Martin's, you are valued customer, not just a number."

"I called Martins Motorcycles, when I found them on Craigslist. From the first contact with Jim I was sold on using him. He is a very pleasant person to deal with. He offered to loan me his jump starter so I could get my bike to him. However, next time I bring a bike in or pick up my bike, I need to plan for the lengthy conversation that we have. He definitely makes time for his customers. I brought in my 97 Suzuki TL1000S for clutch work, battery and ignition switch... everything was done in time frame discussed. Pricing is very reasonable. I did not have much dealings with the rest of the staff, however, what little I did was pleasant. I have and will continue to recomend Martin's Motorcycle to all my friends."

"Just had Jim put in a couple new gears, shifting forks, top end on my 05, 525 ktm exc.......just got back from a dual sport did everything it was suppose to thing with Martin's is you can talk to the mechanic and they will go over what needs to be done to get the bike on the road. When Jim tore my bike apart, he had me come in and see the cases split apart and showed me what was broken... that was cool!"

"I was looking for a cheap alternative to the expensive rates of the motorcycle shops here in San Diego, but I was concerned on the quality of the job that I could have gotten. After a friend introduced me to Jim, I had the forks of my dirt bike serviced and tuned by him a bunch of times and I also had the tires changed. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the job. The price is really competitive and I like how he is 100% committed in making the clients happy."
